The most beautiful promise I ever made
Was when before You on my knees I laid
Asking for forgiveness of all my sins
So by your grace, a true life would stay

I was not deserving of the freedom to come
I had done nothing for the prize I had won
I didn’t choose you, but you had chosen me
For to follow your path was my born destiny

A treasure, I’m not worthy to claim as my own
Until the time when I believed in your name
And deep in my heart it would become true
Before my birth, you already chose my name

You placed a sure deposit within before my birth
So that one day I would answer your spirits call
Though I know I was not worthy of this blessing
I am forever thankful to be blessed by your love

Each new day Lord I will happily embrace
Your spirits living words deep in my ears
So I may praise you for the daily inspiration
With psalms of love for the God, I hold dear

John 15:16
“You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you.
I have appointed you to go and produce fruit
that will last, so that whatever you ask the
Father in my name, he will give it to you.
