Early each morning I find I have a hunger
I find my spirit also has a deep thirst
Realizing that I have a very strong longing
To seek Him out, the One who loved me first

I hungered for the spiritual food he brings
Whose nourishment will soon make me full
Whose drink truly satisfies my thirst daily
The purest of essences I refuse to let go

As I answer the calling of His voice
Opening my heart and spirit to him
I feel within me his healing embrace
Bring a serene lasting peace within

Realizing for me to blossom and grow
I need to taste of His grace each day
So when the time comes, of my passing
In His eternal embrace, I shall stay.

Romans 8:13
And those whom he predestined, he also
called; and those whom he called, he also
justified; and those whom he justified he
also glorified.

Philippians 3:14
I press on toward the goal for the prize
of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
