Your Spirit feed the fires in my eyes
Always so gently it fan the flames
Yet no smoke arises from this fire
For its origins are far from plain

It begins with intertwining feelings
Which I feel for You deep inside
Doing battle with my heart and soul
As I seek to keep their blessings mine

Their flames cause my eyes to sparkle
Like the brightest stars shining at night
And they alone want to share their glow
With the One love who gives them life

When Your eyes feed the fire in my eyes
Gently fanning their deep fiery flame
Inside of my heart on its inner walls
Is inscribed so passionately Your name
Psalm 42:1
As the deer pants for the water brooks,
So my soul pants for You, O God.

Psalm 119:81
I long for your deliverance; I have looked
to your word, placing my hope in it.
